HDA-1000 is a liquid acid cleaner and brightener. It is a concentrated blend of phosphoric acid and dispersants formulated for multi-purpose cleaning of food processing facilities. HDA-1000 penetrates and removes lime scale and mineral deposits, films, salts, mold and mildew stains, starch, and protein soils. It is hard water tolerant, colour coded red, free rinsing, and biodegradable. This non-foam cleaner is suitable for CIP, spray wash systems, soak tanks, tunnel washers, and pressure wash systems. HDA-1000 is safe on stainless steel, however, do not use on aluminum or galvanized surfaces. HDA-1000 is an excellent acid cleaner for use in removing lime scale from automatic spray and pressure wash equipment. Do not contaminate food, feed or potable water during use or storage of this product. Removes stains, films, starch and protein soils, scale and lime deposits found in dairy, beverage, and food processing operations. Currently holds CFIA letter of Non-Objection. Potable water rinse is required on food contact surfaces. Hard water tolerant. Safe on stainless steel. Biodegradable*. Produces no foam. Suitable for CIP, spray wash systems.
