We make
best efforts to ship your products to your desired destination in the most
economical way possible given your geographic location.
The most
economical means of transportation is typically Midland, however in some cases we
will utilize a local regional carrier.
We offer
free shipping on all orders with a minimum purchase amount. Please contact your local Chandler
representative to discuss what best suits your needs based on order frequency,
geographic location and potential weight restrictions. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost
or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by
'acts of God'. If you have any questions

assistance.
Stock
items may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt. Non-stock items are
subject to a 25% restocking fee and may be returned for credit, less 25%,
within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued within eight weeks of receipt
of a return. Please note that customers are responsible for paying all shipping
and packaging costs to return their products.
Return
Policy
If you
would like to return or exchange an item, please call customer service at 1-800-363-9611 or contact us via e-mail at
[email protected]. You will need to provide us with the
following information:
- Original method of payment
- Original order number
You will
then receive a return authorization (RA) number which must be included with
your return shipment. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without
an RA number. Please note that all refunds will be processed in the original
method of payment (E.G: Credit card payments will be refunded onto your credit
card and so forth). Customer is responsible for paying return freight cost.
We do not
accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Any merchandise returned 30
days or more after the date of delivery
- Any sale merchandise
- Any product chemical product
that is opened, missing the original packaging or identification tags
- Special Order. Once a
customer confirms a custom order, payment is processed and the order cannot
be cancelled, amended or exchanged.
- Should you receive a
defective item, Chandler will incur the costs to remedy the issue.
- Any defective item(s) may be
repaired or replaced. Please note that all defective items(s) are subject
to inspection.
Should you
receive an item that you did not order, Chandler will incur the costs to return
the item to our warehouse and ship you the appropriate item.
